PIT-y przez internet
Z końcem kwietnia minął termin rozliczania się z Urzędem Skarbowym z podatku za rok 2008. Po raz pierwszy mieliśmy możliwość rozliczenia się z fiskusem przez internet, ale tylko podatnicy wypełniający PIT 37 mieli taką możliwość. W Powiecie Myszkowskim skorzystało z niej 70 podatników.
Drogą internetową bez podpisu elektronicznego można było wysyłać jeden rodzaj zeznań, a mianowicie PIT-37 wraz z ulgowymi załącznikami. Możliwość składania elektronicznego zeznania podatkowego Polacy mieli już od ubiegłego roku, jednak usługa ta wiązała się z wykupieniem podpisu elektronicznego, który do najtańszych nie należał, sięgając 500 zł. Z konieczności, z podpisu elektronicznego korzystali prawie wyłącznie więksi przedsiębiorcy. Po nowelizacji do ordynacji podatkowej podatnicy, którzy uzyskali dochody z pracy etatowej i umów na zlecenie oraz emeryci i renciści mogli złożyć ?e-deklarację? nie wydając pieniędzy na kosztowny ?podpis kwalifikowany?.
-Z terenu powiatu myszkowskiego przez internet zostało przesłanych 70 PIT-ów -37 bez tzw. podpisu elektronicznego ? mówi rzecznik Izby Skarbowej w Katowicach, Grażyna Piechota.
W ciągu pierwszego tygodnia od uruchomienia możliwości składania zeznań podatkowych bez kwalifikowanego podpisu elektronicznego, podatnicy z woj. śląskiego złożyli łącznie 1 714 deklaracji PIT-37 przez internet. Od 9 do 22 kwietnia łączna liczba zeznań, które wpłynęły drogą elektroniczną do śląskich urzędów skarbowych wyniosła 3329. Do końca okresu rozliczeniowego, czyli do północy 30 kwietnia zostało złożonych niespełna 80 tysięcy internetowych PIT-ów. Złożenie PIT-a przez Internet nie przyśpieszy terminu zwrotu podatku, jeżeli zwrot nam przysługuje. Obowiązują nas te same terminy zwrotu podatku, jak przy złożeniu PIT-a tradycyjnie.(źródło Jolanta Banach Gazeta Myszkowska)
